Billy Uptons Family Butchers is one of the newer butchers in Swansea Market (even if it has been there for over 30 years!) and stocks both traditional butcher meats and more adventurous produce such as South African Biltong, stir fry and their own speciality burger bombs. All products are sourced as locally as possible.
