Stalls To Let
Stalls in the Market are managed and let by the City and County of Swansea Council via their City Centre Management service.
There are approximately 100 'shop style' units ranging in size from 100 to 300 square foot. The occupancy levels un the Market continue to be very high, however, like any commercial market occasional units will become vacant to provide opportunities for stall holders to relocate and to expand when adjacent units become available.
The Council maintains a waiting list of prospective traders and these are informed when-ever a stall becomes available to let.

The following stalls are known to be available in Swansea Market. Should the terms be acceptable and an agreement reached with the outgoing tenant (if relevant) an
application form will need to be submitted to City Centre Management. Please note that the consent of the Council will also be required for any change of trading use or major alternations to the layout of the stall.

The tables trading area in the centre of the Indoor Market offers informal, inexpensive pitches. Bookings can be made on a daily or weekly basis. Application Guidelines
The allocation of both casual and permanent space within the Market will be considered by City Centre Management who will judge whether the application is in the best interest of the Market and the Local Authority.
For permanent stalls, depending on the nature of the application, a minimal standard period of consultation with the existing stall holders within the Market as well as key officers in the Council, for example, Trading Standards may be required. Checks for incoming tenants will also need to be conducted.
