Support the Easter Egg Appeal this year with The Wave and Swansea Market
Over 1,000 Eggs Donated to the Easter Egg Appeal
Thanks to everyone who has supported our appeal to donate Easter Eggs to the NSPCC and other local children’s charities.
We’ve had an amazing response and collected over 1,000 Easter Eggs with The Wave! This is the biggest response ever to the appeal and as a result, hundreds of underprivileged children will receive an Easter Egg this year.
Easter Fun in the City This Saturday
Don’t miss the free family fun and activities taking place on Oxford and in Swansea Market this Easter Saturday.
Come and meet the Easter Bunny and the Fair Maiden in the Easter Garden, enjoy magic shows, have your face painted, make crafts and take part in cookery workshops. You can also join treasure hunts and Easter egg hunts throughout the day.
The fun starts at 10am!
This year, the appeal can be bigger and better than ever with help from YOU!
Just take an Easter Egg to Swansea Market or buy one from one of our stalls, and drop it off at Val’s Flower Stall at the centre of the Market by Wednesday 27th March.
We’ll be giving all the Easter Eggs you donate to the NSPCC and other local children’s charities!
So come and help us brighten up a young child’s face this Easter!
Easter Family Fun Day – Saturday 30th March
And on Saturday 30th March, come to the Market to enjoy some free family fun and entertainment!
Have a go at The Big Easter Egg Hunt where you can win your height in Easter Eggs. There are magic shows and balloon modelling throughout the day and kids cookery classes.
There’s also an Easter Garden on Oxford St where you can meet the Easter Bunny and enjoy making Easter crafts.
So come and join us in the Market, and whilst you’re there, have a wander around and you’ll find all you need for the perfect Easter. From Easter cards, Easter Eggs and chocolate gifts to all the ingredients for a weekend of feasting and celebration, you’ll find it at Swansea Market.
